Tartar sauce

Atún con salsa de tomate a las hierbas

Ingredients

  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 25 g capers
  • 25 g of pickles
  • 50 g onion
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Chopped parsley

Preparation

First make the mayonnaise.

Chop the capers (slightly drained), pickles, onions and boiled egg.

We incorporate these ingredients to the mayonnaise and finally add the chopped parsley and mustard.
