Salmon in foil

Atún con salsa de tomate a las hierbas

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon steaks 150 g
  • 1 leek
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 150 g green beans
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • dill
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Clean the leek, peel the onion, scrape the carrots and remove the strands of green beans. Cut all vegetables into strips.

Put the onion, carrot, leek and green beans in a microwave container, water them with oil, season and cook 5 minutes at 100%.

Place each piece of seasoned salmon on a sheet of baking paper, cover with vegetables and dill, close the packet and cook for 3 minutes at 100%.
